Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East McGraw Street, Calhoun Street and Miller Street, each from 24th Avenue North to Washington Park, and certain parts of certain other streets and avenues all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6882, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
