Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley 20 feet in width over and across a portion of Section 19, Township 24, North, Range 4 East, W. M., from East Marginal Way to Commercial Waterway No. 1; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of above described alley; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
