Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alleys in blocks 51 and 52, S. A. Bell's 2nd Addition, being the alleys between Boren and Minor Avenues, extending from Howell to Virginia Streets; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3765, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
