Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boylston Avenue North, from 120 feet north of East Newton Street to Franklin Avenue; and Franklin Avenue, from Boylston Avenue North to Fuhrman Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6893, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
