An ordinance granting permission to Mrs. C.P. Brown, A. Ostin; C.W. Parker; Mary A. Soule; Estate of Samuel Kenney (deceased) and Henry Uhlfelder to improve Broadway from the south line of East Fir Street to the intersection of East Spruce Street by constructing an ironstone pipe sewer at their own cost and expense and under the supervision of the Board of Public Works and city engineer.
