Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 42nd Avenue South, from Hudson Street to Snoqualmie Street; 42nd Avenue South (west side), from Snoqualmie Street to Genesee Street; 43rd Avenue South, from Snoqualmie Street to south line of Columbia Heights 2nd Addition to The City of Seattle; and Angeline Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 43rd Avenue South; all in The City of Seattle; all in accordance with Resolution No. 6829 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
