Title

An Ordinance providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Thirty-ninth Avenue North, from East Harrison Street to East Mercer Street, as a public street and highway, and of the establishing of the curb grades of Thirty-ninth Avenue North from East Harrison Street to McGilvra Boulevard, and of the grading of the above described avenue and approaches thereto, all in the City of Seattle as provided in Ordinance No. 42112 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
