Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 39th Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East Newton Street Produced; 38th Avenue North, from East Howe Street to East Newton Street Produced; East Garfield Street, from 39th Avenue North to East Madison Street; and East Blaine Street and East Howe Street, each from 38th Avenue North to 39th Avenue North; all in The City of Seattle all in accordance with Resolution No. 6806 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
