Title

An Ordinance providing for the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of a public alley from the alley between Blocks Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34), Denny & Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle, to North Thirty-fourth Street, over and across a portion of Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Thirty-three (33), Denny & Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle, and the establishing of the grades of said alley between Blocks Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34), Denny & Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle, all as provided in Ordinance No. 41403 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
