Title

An Ordinance relating to and providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the condemnation of Third Avenue Northwest, from West Forty-second Street to West Seventy-fourth Street; of West Fifty-fifth Street, between Third Avenue Northwest, as widened herein, and Fourth Avenue Northwest, as provided in Ordinance No. 40571 of said city, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
