An Ordinance providing for the improvement 9th Avenue South, from Weller Street to Dearborn Street, and from Plummer Street to Diagonal Avenue; Diagonal Avenue, from Spokane Street to 9th Avenue South; 8th Avenue South, from Weller Street to Seattle Boulevard and from Massachusetts Street to Charlestown Street; 7th Avenue South, from Lander Street to Forest Street and from Horton Street to Hinds Street; 6th Avenue South, from Massachusetts Street to Spokane Street; Hinds Street, from 6th Avenue South to Diagonal Avenue; Horton Street, Hanford Street and Forest Street, each from 6th Avenue South to 9th Avenue South; Lander Street, from 1st Avenue South to 9th Avenue South; Bayview Street and College Street, each from 9th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; Stacy Street, from 6th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; to the alley east of 9th Avenue South; Grand Street, from 9th Avenue South to the alley east of 9th Avenue South; and from 15th Avenue South on the west to 15th Avenue South on the east; Hill Street and Plum Street, each from 9th Avenue South to the alley east of 9th Avenue South; Plummer Street, from 7th Avenue South to 9th Avenue South; Lane Street, from 7th Avenue South to 10th Avenue South; Norman Street, from 9th Avenue South to 11th Avenue South, and from 12th Avenue South to 13th Avenue South; Charles Street, from 10th Avenue South to 11th Avenue South; and from 12th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Sturgis Avenue South, from Charles Street on the north to Charles Street on the south; Golf Drive, from 10th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South; Judkins Place, from Judkins Street to a point 170 feet north thereof; 10th Avenue South, from Charles Street on the south to Connecticut Street; 11th Avenue South; from Dearborn Street to Norman Street; 12th Avenue South; from Charles Street to Judkins Street; 13th Avenue South; from Golf Drive to Judkins Street; 14th Avenue South; from Dearborn Street to Charles Street and from Golf Drive to Judkins Street; 15th Avenue South, from Golf Drive to Grand Street; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6522 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
