Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of West Dawson Street, from 51st Avenue Southwest west to deep water; all in The City of Seattle, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of lands and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement be paid by special assessment upon property specially benefited, except as otherwise herein provided, in the manner provided by law.
