An Ordinance providing for the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of East Fifty-seventh Street, from Eighth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast, as public street and highway, as provided in Ordinance No. 41112 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
