Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block 14, Brooklyn Addition, being the alley between Brooklyn Avenue and University Way, from East 41st Street to East 42nd Street; all in The City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6800 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
