Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley twenty (20) feet in width over and across a portion of Section 19, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W.M., from East Marginal Way to Commercial Water Way No. 1, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above described alley; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
