Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pine Street and Stewart Street, each from 1st Avenue to Pike Place; and the alley in blocks 28 and 37, A. A. Denny's Addition, being the alley between Western Avenue and 1st Avenue, from Pine Street to Virginia Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6639, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
