Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West Charlestown Street, from Beach Drive to 59th Avenue Southwest; 58th Avenue Southwest, 59th Avenue Southwest, 60th Avenue Southwest, Boyd Place Southwest, and Chilberg Avenue, all in Sarah M. Boyd's 1st Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 78023, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
