An ordinance relating to and providing for the construction of a trunk sewer and sub sewer along the following route described to-wit: Murray Avenue, from Beach Drive to West Holly Street; West Holly Street, from Murray Avenue to 47th Avenue Southwest; 47th Avenue Southwest, from West Holly Street to West Eddy Street; West Eddy Street, form 47th Avenue Southwest to California Avenue; West Graham Street, from the alley east of California Avenue to Fauntleroy Avenue; Fauntleroy Avenue, from West Graham Street to West Juneau Street; West Juneau Street, from Fauntleroy Avenue to 38th Avenue Southwest; 38th Avenue Southwest, from West Juneau Street to West Raymond Street; West Raymond Street, form 38th Avenue Southwest to 37th Avenue Southwest; Pelly Place and across private property, from Murray Avenue to the end of existing permanent sewer, approximately 500 feet east of Murray Avenue; the alley in block 1, Birdle Heights Addition, from West Graham Street to south line of Lot 5, said block; also across the sewer easement in lots 5 and 6, block 1, Birdle Heights Addition; and the construction of branch or lateral sewers: in West Holly Street and over private property, from 49th Avenue Southwest to 48th Avenue Southwest, and from 44th Avenue Southwest to 47th Avenue Southwest; 59th Avenue Southwest, from the south line of tract 5, Alki View Addition to West Raymond Street; 50th Avenue Southwest, from West Morgan Street to the north line of lot 10, Spring Hill Park Addition; West Morgan Street, from 49th Avenue Southwest to 50th Avenue southwest; 48th Avenue southwest, from West Holly Street to West Eddy Street; and from West Graham Street to a point 300 feet north of West Raymond Street; and 48th Avenue Southwest produced, from West Eddy Street to West Graham Street; also across private property, from West Holly Street to Murray Avenue; 47th Avenue Southwest, 45th Avenue Southwest, and 44th Avenue Southwest, each from West Eddy Street to West Brandon Street; Fauntleroy Avenue, from West Holly Street to Holly Place Southwest; Holly Place Southwest, from West Holly Street to 45th Avenue Southwest; Fauntleroy Avenue, from West Juneau Street to West Hudson Street; 41st Avenue Southwest and 42nd Avenue Southwest, each from West Graham Street to West Hudson Street; Beveridge Place, from California Avenue to West Holly Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 3727, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
