45th Avenue South from Holly Street TO Willow Street; of 46th Avenue South from Rainier Avenue to Othello Street; of the alley between Graham Street and Eddy Street, from 42nd Avenue South to the east line of Tract 3, Kelsey's Brighton Beach Acre
Tracts, an addition to the City of Seattle; thence north of Graham Street; of the alley between Eddy Street and Morgan Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 46th Avenue South; of the alley between Morgan Street and Warsaw Street, from 42nd Avenue South to a
connection with the alley established in block 1, Mutual Addition to the City of Seattle; of the alley between Warsaw Street and Holly Street, from 42nd Avenue South to a connection with the alley in block 1, Mutual Addition to the City of Seattle,
produced southeasterly; of the alley between Holly Street and Brighton Street, from 42nd Avenue South to 44th Avenue South, and from 46th Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; of the alley between 45th Avenue South, as extended herein; and of 46th Avenue
South, from Holly Street to Willow Street; and of the alley between 46th Avenue South and Rainier Avenue, from Warsaw Street to Holly Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the
laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above described streets, avenues and alleys and for the establishing of grades and for the grading of the above described streets, avenues and alleys, and of 43rd Avenue South, from Morgan
Street to Holly Street, and the approaches thereto, in conformity with the grades established herein; providing for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said streets avenues, alleys and approaches thereto, and
providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
