Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Forty-third Avenue Northeast, from the northerly margin of Forty-second Avenue Northeast to East Thirty-third Street; Forty-fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Thirty-third Street to Forthy-seventh Avenue Northeast; Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast, from Forty-fifth Avenue Northeast to Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast; East Thirty-first Avenue Northeast to Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast; East Thirty-third Street, from the northwesterly end thereof to Forty-seventh Avenue Northeast; the alley in block Seventeen, Laurelhurst, from East Thirty-third Street to Forty-third Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6514, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
