Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 1st Avenue and 1st Avenue South, from Pine Street to Atlantic Street; Union Street, from 1st Avenue to 2nd Avenue; Madison Street, Marion Street and Columbia Street, each from 1st Avenue to Western Avenue; Yesler Way, from 1st Avenue to Railroad Avenue; the alley extending from Yesler Way to Washington Street, between 1st Avenue and Railroad Avenue; Seneca Street from 1st Avenue to Post Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6307, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
