Title

An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 36242, entitled: "An ordinance relating to the manufacture, keeping, sale, transportation, use and disposition of intoxicating liquor within the City of Seattle, providing penalties for violations of and provisions hereof, repealing Ordinance No. 35503, relating to intoxicating liquor, approved December 1, 1915, all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith", approved August 8, 1916, and declaring an emergency.
