Title

An Ordinance providing for the cost and expense of the laying off, opening; widening, extending and establishing of Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventy-fifth Street to the north city limits, as a public street and highway, and of the changing and establishing of the curb grades of said Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest, from West Seventy-fifth Street to West Eightieth Street, all as provided in Ordinance No. 40216 of The City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
