Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hinds Street, from East Marginal Way to 3rd Avenue South; East Marginal Way, from Duwamish Avenue to Hinds Street; Colorado Avenue, from Spokane Street to Hanford Street; Utah Avenue, from Hinds Street to Hanford Street; 1st Avenue South, from 470 feet south of Spokane Street to Horton Street; Occidental Avenue, from Hinds Street to Hanford Street; East Marginal Way and along the southwesterly side of Block 375, Seattle Tide Lands, to an outfall in the East Waterway, near the west line of said Block 375; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6454 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
