Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of The Alley in Block 11, Brooklyn Addition, being the alley between Brooklyn Avenue and 14th Avenue Northeast, from East 42nd Street to East 43rd Street; all in the City of Settle; all in accordance with Resolution No. 6515 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds" and declaring an emergency.
