Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Olive Street, from Terry Avenue to Yale Avenue; Yale Avenue and Minor Avenue, each from Melrose Avenue to Howell Street; Boren Avenue, from Pine Street to Howell Street; Terry Avenue, from Pine Street to Olive Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6272 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
