Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block 29, Sarah A. Bell's 2nd Addition, being the alley between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue and extending from Pine Street to Olive Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 75918, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
