Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Minor Avenue North, from Mercer Street to Fairview Avenue North; Pontius Avenue, from Mercer Street to Roy Street; Roy Street, from Fairview Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; Valley Street, from Minor Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; Aloha Street, from Minor Avenue North to Yale Avenue North; Ward Street, from Fairview Avenue North to Yale Avenue North; Prospect Street, from Yale Avenue North to Eastlake Avenue; all in the City of Seattle; all in accordance with Resolution No. 6408 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds" and declaring an emergency.
