Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block 48, S. A. Bell's 2nd Addition, being the alley between Boren Avenue and Minor Avenue, from Pike Street to Pine Street; all in the City of Seattle; all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 76708 creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
