Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Hiawatha Place, from Charles Street to the south line of Block 8, Rainier Boulevard Addition to the City of Seattle; Charles Street and Bush Place, each from Rainier Avenue to Hiawatha Place; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6384 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds".
