Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 17th Avenue Northwest, from Shilshole Avenue to West 65th Street; Market Street, from 15th Avenue Northwest to 17th Avenue Northwest; and West 60th Street, from 14th Avenue Northwest to 26th Avenue Northwest; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6420 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
