Title

An ordinance providing for the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley from Franklin Avenue to Lakeview Place, and between East Garfield Street and East Galer Street, over and across a portion of Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), Doyle's Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle, as provided in Ordinance No. 40116, of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
