Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 30th Avenue South (east side), from the south line of J. M. Colman's First Addition to the City of Seattle, to Mt Baker Boulevard, Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street, Bayview Street, Lander Street and McClellan Street, each from 30th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; Mt Baker Boulevard (northerly side), from 30th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6444, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
