An ordinance providing for the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley through block two (2), Francis R. Day's La Grande Addition to the City of Seattle, from North Fortieth Street to North Forty-first Street, as provided in Ordinance No. 40065 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district created to pay therefor.
