Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue South, from Seattle Boulevard to Holgate Street; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6318 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement bemade by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds," and declaring an emergency.
