Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 20th Avenue West, from a connection with West Wheeler Street bridge at 20th Avenue West to Thorndyke Avenue to Gilman Avenue; Gilman Avenue, from 20th Avenue West to Fort Street; Fort Street, from Gilman Avenue to 32nd Avenue West; 32nd Avenue West, from Fort Street to Government Way; Government Way, from 32nd Avenue West to the west margin of 36th Avenue West; Thorndyke Avenue, from West Wheeler Street to 20th Avenue West; West Dravus Street, from 15th Avenue West to 20th Avenue West; 23rd Avenue West, from Gilman Avenue to Commodore Way; Commodore Way, from 23rd Avenue West to a point 300 feet west of 27th Avenue West; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6273, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
