Title

An ordinance providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Northlake Place, from Northlake Avenue northwesterly to North Thirty-fourth Street; of North Thirty-fourth Street from Northlake Place , as established herein, to a point approximately seventy-three (73) feet northwesterly of the west margin of Interlake Avenue; and for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Northlake Place as laid off, opened, extended and established herein and approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades, all in the City of Seattle, as provided in Ordinance No. 38709 of the City of Seattle by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district to pay therefor.
