inclusive, Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block One (1), Lots One (1) to Six (6) inclusive, Block Two (2), and Lots One (1) to Five (5) inclusive, Block Three (3), T. I. McKinney's Central Seattle; Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Joseph C.
Kinnear's Addition; Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Six (6), and Lots One (1), Block Five (5), McNaught's 3rd Addition to Seattle; Blocks Two Hundred Twenty-one (221) to Two Hundred Twenty-eight (228) inclusive, Lots One (1) to Four (4)

for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
