Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lot 9, Block 1, Walker's Addition and other property being: all that real property situated in the City of Seattle, County of King, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block One (1), Walker's Addition; Lot Two (2), McNaught's Supplemental Plat to Central Seattle; Block Sixty-four (64) and Sixty-five (65), McNaught's Plat of Central Seattle; Lots One (1) to Five (5) inclusive, Lots Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block One (1), Lots One (1) to Six (6) inclusive, Block Two (2), and Lots One (1) to Five (5) inclusive, Block Three (3), T. I. McKinney's Central Seattle; Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Joseph C. Kinnear's Addition; Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Block Six (6), and Lots One (1), Block Five (5), McNaught's 3rd Addition to Seattle; Blocks Two Hundred Twenty-one (221) to Two Hundred Twenty-eight (228) inclusive, Lots One (1) to Four (4) inclusive, and Lots Nineteen (19) to Twenty-two (22), inclusive, Block Two Hundred Forty-one (241), Blocks Two Hundred Forty-two (242), Two Hundred Forty-three (243), Two Hundred Forty-four (244), Two Hundred Forty-nine (249), Two Hundred Fifty (250), Two Hundred Fifty-one (251) and all the vacated portion of Eight Avenue South from Massachusetts Street to the south line produced east of Lot Nineteen (19), Block Two Hundred Fifty-two (252), Lots One (1) to Five (5), inclusive and Lots Eighteen (18) to Twenty-two (22) inclusive, Block Two Hundred Fifty-two (252), of Seattle Tide Lands, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6383, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
