Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, taking and damaging of land and other property and property rights and privileges necessary for a site for a hydro-electric power plant as an addition to the existing municipal light and power plant and system of the City of Seattle to be located on the Skagit River in Whatcom County, Washington, and for the necessary rights of way therefrom, said plant to be constructed for the purpose of furnishing the City of Seattle, and the inhabitants thereof and any other persons, with electric energy for light, and other uses, and for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made therefor.
