Title

An ordinance providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property for public street, highway, sewer and drainage purposes over and across blocks thirty-four (34), thirty-three (33), thirty-one (31), thirty (30), and fifty-one (51), and the shorelands adjoining said block fifty-one (51), to the line of navigability in Lake Washington, all in Maynard's Lake Washington Addition to the City of Seattle; and blocks thirty-two (32), and twenty-nine (29), Lakewood, a replat of a part of Maynard's Lake Washington Addition, condemned for boulevard, park and parkway purposes under Ordinance No. 26273; and declaring an emergency.
