Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 1, Brooklyn Addition, being the alley between 14th Avenue Northeast and 15th Avenue Northeast, from East 43rd Street to East 45th Street, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6195, of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improving district therefor, and providing for that payment for said improvement to be made by special assessment upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment in Bonds."
