Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Blaine Street, from the west margin of 7th Avenue North to the east margin of the alley between blocks seven (7) and eight (8), Union Lake Supplemental Addition to the City of Seattle; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
