Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of a public alley through Block two (2), Francis R. Day's La Grande Addition to the City of Seattle, from North 40th Street to North 41st Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
