Title

An ordinance providing for the payment of the cost and expense of the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Brooklyn Avenue and Fourteenth Avenue Northeast, each from East Sixty-fifth Street to East Sixty-sixth Street; of a street to be known as Brooklyn avenue, from East Sixty-sixth Street to East Sixty-eighth Street; of Fifteenth Avenue Northeast, between East Sixty-fifth Street and East Seventieth Street; of East Sixty-sixth Street, East Sixty-eighth Street, East Sixty-ninth Street, and East Seventieth Street; each between Twelfth Avenue Northeast and Fifteen Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, providing for the changing and establishing of curb grades of said streets and avenues; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above named streets and avenues, and for the changing and establishing of the grades and grading and regrading of the above named streets and avenues, and for temporary approaches on intersecting side streets, in conformity with the grades established herein, for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said avenues and streets and approaches thereto; and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law, as provided in Ordinance No. 38417 of the City of Seattle, by the issuance and sale of bonds of the district to pay therefor.
