Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dexter Avenue, from Harrison Street to a connection with the existing pavement at the intersection of Fourth Avenue North and Nickerson Street; and Broad Street, from Fifth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6154 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by the mode of "Payment by Bonds".
