Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of a public street and highway over and across a portion of Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3), H. E. Holmes' Addition to the City of Seattle, for the purpose of making a suitable connection between Lakedell Avenue as platted in Yesler's 3rd Addition to the City of Seattle, and Lakedell Avenue as established by deed, Ordinance No. 16669, through Block Three (3) of said H. E. Holmes' Addition; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle of such other fund as the City Council may provide.
