Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 36th Avenue South, from Hanford Street to Mount Baker Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 72822 creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
