Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Prefontaine Place from the intersection of Fourth Avenue South and Washington Street to the intersection of Fifth Avenue South and Jackson Street, providing for the changing and establishing of the curb grades of Prefontaine Place as extended herein and of Washington Street and Main Street each from Prefontaine Place as extended herein to Fifth Avenue South, providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of the above named place and for the changing and establishing of the curb grades and the grading and regrading of the above named place and streets and approaches thereto in conformity with the grades established herein and for the necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon the property abutting upon said place and streets and approaches thereto, and providing that the entire cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
