Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Villard and Harvard Streets from Depot Street to Mercer Street (or 6th Street) by constructing therein an ironstone pipe sewer of proper dimensions, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, ventilators, catch basins and flush tanks, and by connecting the same with the main intercepting sewer now existing at the intersection of Villard Street and Depot Street, and providing for the payment therefor in installments, establishing a fund for such payment, authorizing the levying and collection of assessments upon the property benefited by the improvement and providing for the issuance of bonds, as authorized by an act of the Legislature of the State of Washington, entitled: "An act relating to the internal improvements in cities, authorizing the issuance and collection of bonds upon the property benefited by local improvements and declaring an emergency" approved March 9, 1893 and under the provisions of Ordinance No. 3349, approved May 7, 1894, as amended by Ordinance No. 3440, approved July 11, 1894, and the city charter as now amended and now in force.
