Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of 30th Avenue South, from Holgate Street to Winthrop Street; Plum Street, Hill Street, Walker Street, College Street, Bayview Street and Lander Street, each from 30th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; and McClellan Street, from 31st Avenue South to Rainier Avenue; all in the City of Seattle, all in accordance with Resolution No. 6166 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that payment of said improvement be made by special assessments upon property in said district payable by mode of "Payment by Bonds", and declaring an emergency.
